The staff, specifically Carolina and her brother Giuliano, were incredibly helpful and always available through WhatsApp. They provided great tips for restaurants and day trips. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a bus station right in front of the hotel and good connections to the city center, train station, and other nearby towns like Lerici and Porto Venere. The breakfast, although limited, was of good quality and could be enjoyed all day at the café next to the entrance.

The hotel management is very hospitable and provides lots of information relating to the local area, including a full list of great restaurants for dining. The breakfast was delicious, available in a bakery next to the hotel entrance, and parking is free and available right in front of the building.
